La Salle County Warrant RecordsLa Salle County Warrant Records

This is a private reference resource, not a government office. For official La Salle County warrant status, contact the court that issued the process. The clerk and sheriff can answer different questions, so use the court name on the citation or notice to choose the right office.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. La Salle County Warrant Records cannot confirm a warrant, take payment, arrange a surrender, or order a recall. The issuing court controls the case. A serving officer or sheriff can explain only the process and custody information held by that office.

Need Official Warrant Information?

Use the office named on the citation, court notice, or case paper. The county's main courthouse is at 101 Courthouse Square in Cotulla, but not every warrant question belongs at the same counter.

  • District or county-court file: The combined La Salle County/District Clerk is at 101 Courthouse Square #107, Cotulla, TX 78014. Call (830) 483-5120. Hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to noon and 1 to 5 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The office handles both county and district records. See the official clerk page.
  • Sheriff execution or custody question: The La Salle County Sheriff's Office is listed at 101 Courthouse Square. Administration is (830) 879-3044; dispatch is (830) 879-3041. Neither is advertised as a public warrant-search line. The Sheriff's Office page describes office duties.
  • JP citation or missed court date: Call the JP court printed on the citation. The county lists four precinct courts and separate phone numbers. JP2 is at 502 Nopal Street in Encinal; JP4 lists a Fowlerton-area mailing address, so confirm before traveling or mailing papers. Use the county Justice Courts page for current precinct contacts.
  • City citation: Cotulla Municipal Court is listed at 117 N Front Street, (830) 879-2367. Encinal Municipal Court lists P.O. Box 120, (956) 948-5226, and court@cityofencinal.com. Confirm whether an Encinal matter is handled at City Hall or by mail before visiting.
  • Existing county record request: The county Open Records page links to GovQA. Ask for a specific document or date range, such as a warrant, return, recall order, or policy. A request is not an instant yes-or-no status check; the county may refer a court-held file to its issuing office.

There is no public county sheriff warrant list, separate warrant unit phone line, bond-window address, or warrant-specific walk-in schedule in the inspected official sources. Call the issuing court first and ask where an appearance or bond action should take place.

Visit the La Salle County Open Records page for the request link and the county contact directory for current office routing.
